Responsibilities & Context:
Troubleshooting, installing, configuring and maintaining computer (desktop or laptop) hardware, routers, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances
Diagnose and resolve computer network and connectivity issues
Anti-Virus and other software installation and maintenance
Set-up and maintenance of UPS, CCTV
Keep an up to date document of inventory of all IT hardware and software system to report the superior
