Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer in CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, or any other related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, IT System Management, System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to resolve RDP crashes and find root cause to prevent it in the future (Our employees work in remote desktop server and being able to prevent crashes is a must)
∎ Computer end-user instant computer-related problem supervises
∎ IT-related cable warring (Network, Telephone, Camera, etc.)
∎ Computer Hardware Support (OS, Driver, Software, Mail, etc.)
∎ Network Hardware Support (Cable warring, MikroTik Routers, Device Setup, etc.)
∎ Network trouble shooting, network maintenance and network cabling
∎ Monitoring and Troubleshooting IP Network.
∎ Configure, install and maintain IT infrastructure, switch, router and firewalls etc.
∎ Monitoring employees in CCTV and reporting any security issues
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s) of CCTV Maintaining, Access Control System, Time and Attendance System, Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, Windows Server.
∎ Have to provide any kind of IT Support & any other job assigned by management.
∎ Servicing & troubleshooting all types of Printers, Scanner, Online/Offline UPS, IPS and Biometric Attendance Systems.
∎ Camera Hardware Support (Cable warring, Device Setup, video surveillance system (DVR, NVR & IP Camera) Installation, Configuration & Monitoring, and troubleshooting etc.)
∎ Software Installation and Configuration for the above
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have mandatory experience resolving RDP issues, Hardware & Networking, IT Support services, Windows Server, CCTV Maintaining, Access Control System
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Working Time is from 10:00 AM To 8:30 PM 6 days a week.
