Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR processes and initiatives in Recruitment, Training and development, Performance Management, and Compensation and benefits.
- Maintain the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, reviewing and screening applications, assisting in the interview process, and finalizing the appointment process. Also, complete the discharge/resignation/termination in the proper way.
- Continues follow-up HR and admin activities with all Departments and ensures timely support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
- Ensure that quality personnel are boarded as needed in a timely manner.
- Have a good understanding of HR policies and also having sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor law and its subsequent amendments.
- Assist to prepare/ develop / update Organogram for different departments / units. Expand the training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure an effective performance appraisal process for the performance of employees.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Ensure all employees have a positive work environment, are treated well, and are happy to work in our company.
- Nurture a positive working environment and manage employee performance and development.
- Supervise attendance records, salary calculation, and disbursement.
- Supervise and manage day-to-day office costs for repairs, office equipment, etc., with the help of finance, admin, and IT to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
- Ensure legal compliance, policies and procedures, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievances, and management of conflicts.
- Strong ability to motivate employees to ensure outstanding performance.
- Prepare manpower planning and budgeting.
- Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
- Maintain and create proper organizational structuring and planning.
- Communication with different authorities when required.
- Any other special assignments from Management.
