∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Good Communication Skill in English
∎ Be able to Work on Holidays especially Eid
∎ Must have a good command of English Communication in both written and verbal.
∎ Must be willing to work at Eid Time and on other National Holidays
∎ Must be able to commit to staying long term (One of the most IMPORTANT criteria, we are not looking for people who is only looking to stay short term)
∎ Typing Speed over 22 WPM (words per minute)
∎ Be skilled in using Computer
∎ Have Knowledge in the BPO Industry
∎ Must have good type writing skills (25 WPM)
∎ Must have good computer skill in Excel, Word and Other Microsoft Office Apps
∎ Must be detailed oriented
∎ Have Good English Communication Skill
∎ Be able to do overtime when needed
∎ Will have to work on Eid and Other Bangladeshi Holidays (Will be paid extra bonus)
∎ Must be committed to stay long term
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Hardworking Employee who would be interested in working in a BPO Firm on the Day shift.
∎ The work Schedule is 6 days a Week 1 PM to 10 PM
∎ Job responsibility will include but not be limited to Report Submission, Administrative Work, Data Entry.
∎ The main tasks will be doing administrative work for client.
∎ Must be proficient in English communication
∎ Must be proficient with computer skills
∎ Need to be able to think critically
