∎ American International University Bangladesh,North South University,BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA, MTCNA will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill, Problem solving capacity
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure software and hardware.
∎ Set up and monitor the server and storage functions.
∎ Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
∎ Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
∎ Communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving all IT related equipment faults and resolve accordingly.
∎ Manage and troubleshooting for CCTV surveillance.
∎ Provide IT supports to user end IT assets.
∎ Manage and maintenance printer, document scanner, projector, finger access control devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02(two) years proven experience in IT support and network administration or similar role.
∎ Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
∎ Able to work under stress.
Salary: Negotiable
