Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide effective support in order to ensure uninterrupted video conferencing.
∎ Deliver prompt response during Laptop/PC installation & troubleshooting.
∎ Carry out activities associated with required email & network configuration.
∎ Provide effective support to IT Users in ACME as and when required to ensure smooth internal IT system management.
∎ Ensure optimum level of user satisfaction in terms of internal service providing.
∎ Perform all day-to-day activities related to hardware etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2 to 5 years of IT infrastructure experience in reputed local/multinational organization.
∎ Age limit is up to 30 (thirty) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
