∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering,

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the smooth operation of Email, Website, computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
∎ Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ Communicate with developers to requirements are met within timelines.
∎ Customizing workflow to facilitate ERP
∎ Provide support to end users, investigate discrepancies, errors, propose modification and enhancement.
∎ Monitor data entry from each department.
∎ Trouble shoot any ERP data entry or report errors.
∎ Check data validation.
∎ Understand different levels of MIS reporting

∎ Skills Required: software skill, experience in ERP Implementation as a team leader.

∎ Ability to work across multiple business units and assist with management decisions and problem solving activities.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills with attitude.
