Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation/ or Diploma in Electrical, from any reputed university or Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Inventory management, Store Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Should have experience in Distribution, Store, Inventory Management in a large and Reputed Electric Solution & Power Automation Company.
∎ Workplace Work at Factory in Saver.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and establish store policy and review within particular time period.
∎ Receive store materials (Production electric raw material, foreign materials, Accessories, parts, etc.) from suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Distribute Finish goods/ store materials as per requisition of ware house and dealer points.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Finish goods/ Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock report properly.
∎ Maintain store ledgers properly.
∎ Follow up buyer wise accessories.
∎ Submit all the stock report to Head Office of Audit dept. & Factory Manager.
∎ Contact with Head Office about accessories/products problem & solve issue.
∎ Contact with Transport dept for delivery.
∎ Make/ Sign on all Gate pass & Challan.
∎ Conduct Audit department to ensure that all goods to similarity with Stock register and physical stock.
∎ Others work when company needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Store Management, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power & Automation Company, FMCG, Group of Companies, Wholesale, etc.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in ERP & Tally 9.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: As per Performance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (After Completing Probation Period).
