Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and other hardware and software systems.
∎ Monitor system performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary upgrades or modifications to optimize efficiency and reliability.
∎ Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, including data backups, disaster recovery plans, and cyber security measures.
∎ Develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely and successful project completion
∎ Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issue
∎ Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the organization's technology resources are used efficiently and securely.
