Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other peripherals.
Monitor and maintain network systems including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in systems like Active Directory.
Support day-to-day IT operations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
Maintain IT documentation including asset inventory and network diagrams.
Ensure data backup and recovery systems are functioning properly.
Assist in software deployments and system upgrades.
Maintain cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
