Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Computer

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise software.

• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, switches, routers).

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Remote Desktop tools.

• Problem-solving attitude with good communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.

Job Purpose:

Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Ensure IT systems run efficiently with minimal downtime while maintaining proper documentation and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and software-related issues.
• Support end-users in resolving email, printing, and application-related problems.

2. Network & Connectivity

• Monitor LAN/WAN performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Assist in configuring routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Ensure proper connectivity of servers and end-user systems.

3. System & Security Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, antivirus, and authorized software.
• Regularly update systems and ensure security patches are applied.
• Maintain data backup and recovery systems.

4. Documentation & Inventory

• Maintain IT asset inventory (computers, printers, network devices, licenses).
• Log all incidents and resolutions in ticketing system.
• Prepare daily/weekly IT support reports.

5. Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software servicing and warranty claims.
• Support IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
