Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ Perform regular network checks and maintenance to ensure connectivity and functionality.
∎ Provide support for operating system issues, network configuration, and system updates.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
∎ Install, configure, and repair CCTV systems, ensuring 24/7 security and monitoring.
∎ Regularly inspect and maintain all surveillance equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems.
∎ Ensure proper synchronization of attendance data with HR software.
∎ Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems across various platforms.
∎ Provide support during meetings and conferences to ensure smooth communication.
∎ Diagnose and resolve software-related issues including system crashes, performance problems, and software incompatibility.
∎ Assist in the installation and configuration of new software and updates.
∎ Liaise with vendors for advanced software support and troubleshooting.
∎ Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.
∎ Maintain IT documentation for systems, procedures, and support activities.
∎ Assist with IT asset management and inventory.

This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining hardware and CCTV systems, managing biometric attendance devices, and ensuring seamless video conferencing experiences. The IT Executive will also provide technical support to employees, assist with software installations and updates, and maintain IT documentation and asset management. ∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Computer & Network Troubleshooting:
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ Perform regular network checks and maintenance to ensure connectivity and functionality.
