Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing IT support to users at the factory, outlets, and head office.
∎ Ensuring continuous assistance, timely replacements, and prompt resolution of technical issues.
∎ Proficiency in working with master data and managing customized software and hardware .
∎ Respond to user inquiries and technical issues through various channels, including in-person, email, and phone, and provide timely and effective solutions.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications across various platforms.
∎ Assist with the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
∎ Set up and configure new workstations, ensuring proper connectivity and access to network resources.
