Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Executive – IT to oversee and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, networking, and internet systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in networking, internet management, and hardware troubleshooting, along with practical experience in BPO or call center IT environments.

This role requires the ability to manage IT operations efficiently, coordinate with external vendors and ISPs, and ensure uninterrupted system performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain overall IT infrastructure, including desktops, networking devices, and internet connectivity

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and system-related issues in a timely manner

• Ensure stable and secure internet connectivity across the organization

• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and IT equipment

• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance

• Manage communication with Internet Service Providers (ISP) to ensure service reliability

• Support and maintain various online software and SaaS-based platforms used within the organization

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to employees

• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, systems, and service records
