Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide the highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the database application.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Good personality for Teamwork.
∎ Interact with clients to sell digital product products over calls and provide professional customer service in a timely manner.
∎ Any additional responsibility as and when required by the company
