∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor degree in any discipline with diploma in Computer Science & Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing ERP software support (Remotely/over phone) to end users (doctors, nurses, management team & other stuffs).
∎ Manage system devices and various Operating Systems Troubleshoot, Log Analysis, performance, and fault analysis.
∎ Maintain and monitor traffic and ensure optimal performance of networks.
∎ Configure and maintain FTP Services, DHCP, DNS, IIS in windows server 2012/2016/2019.
∎ Clear concept about TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/MAN/WAN, IP-routing and Sub-netting, Firewall.
∎ Working with different types of switching service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.)
∎ Working with different types of routing protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network and Load balancing with Mikrotik & Cisco Systems.
∎ Installing Linux Based (Ubuntu, CentOS) Server, Configuring Network, DNS Server, FTP, SAMBA Server, Proxy Server, Zimbra Mail Server, Web Server.
∎ Maintaining proxy server & active directory domain server (ADDS).
∎ Configure and implement GPO (Group Policy Management).
∎ Maintaining Kaspersky Antivirus Server (Endpoint Security 12.0)
∎ Install and configure IP telephony System.
∎ Configure and maintain CISCO switches.
∎ Resolving network related issues.
∎ Communicating technical information to IT staff members.
∎ Participating in team meetings as required.
∎ Installing and configure Zabbix, Nagios Server for monitor servers, switches, and routers.
∎ Depth Knowledge of Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V), Application servers (Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, IIS), Hardware Platforms and management.
∎ Communicating with vendors for several products and services
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNP Routing Switching, CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) Routing, CCNA SECURITY
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ CCNA
∎ Experience of working in a hospital based IT system
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Willing to work for long hours
∎ Willing to work on any shift
∎ Professional or Expert certification level for routing and switching
∎ Experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools
∎ Ability to work under minimal supervision
