Educational Requirements:

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Security Management of IT System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the IT devices, servers, network, hardware, data center, etc.
∎ Ensure business continuity through the maintenance of existing operational platforms, including servers (both physical and virtual), network equipment, and LAN/WAN telecommunications
∎ Provide help desk and technical support services for all company end users both on-site and remote for the IT systems other than business applications.
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, configure, and deploy workstations/laptops, printers, servers, peripherals, and mobile & network devices
∎ Identify and resolve network, hardware and software related failures and issues
∎ Work with IT and other Senior Management to develop strategies and plans to enhance services and improve systems effectiveness
∎ Perform root cause analysis, managing technology issues and assist with appropriate remedial actions
∎ Document existing and new IT processes and IT policies
∎ Maintain systems updated, apply ant-malware and other security equipment and services
∎ And perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Linux/Windows server configuration and troubleshooting
∎ Networking skills of Ethernet using copper wire, WiFi, fiber-optics and related device configurations
∎ Mail server, DHCP server, file server, Active Directory, etc. configuration and management
∎ Security device and solution management
∎ Excellent time management, analytical, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills
∎ Self-motivated and capable of working independently when necessary, etc.
Salary: Negotiable
