∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering (SMV calculation & layout).
∎ Should have experience in working with Knit Based garments.
∎ Good skill in excel & word.
∎ Good leadership quality to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring. Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors and line managers for solving issues;
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP) Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Monitor workers' performance;
∎ Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action Lost time recording(NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity Ensure DHU (Defects per Hundred Unit) Non-productive time calculation.
∎ Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring Closely work with the production floor/ line management Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards Report to the superiors.
