Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from any recognized university will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SMV calculation and preparation of operation bulletin by sketch.
∎ Prepare layout for all kinds of garments.
∎ Line balance with capacity study.
∎ Find out bottlenecks in process and remove the bottlenecks.
∎ Operation follow-up study.
∎ Monitor daily Line target with proper manpower allocation.
∎ Participate in PP meeting (Discuss with mechanic chief about m/c & attachment).
∎ Calculate and monitor new style lay-out time or feeding time report.
∎ Participate in daily production meeting.
∎ Relevant data collection in the morning for production and efficiency reporting, generate and distribute efficiency report.
∎ Prepare skill matrix or skill inventory for all operators.
∎ Check operator skill grade twice in a month.
∎ Time, Method and Motion study.
∎ Daily work in process (WIP) calculation & next day input planning.
∎ Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in
∎ time fabric & accessories in house.
∎ Develop factory efficiency and individual productivity.
∎ Reduce non-productive time and excess working hour.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-years work experience in IE in a large Knit Composite Factory.

Salary: Negotiable
