∎ B. Sc from Industrial Engineering will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do time study and build time standard.
∎ Ensure worker are following the time standard and guide them on proper work method.
∎ Standard process by eliminating non value added activities.
∎ Make standard operating procedure(SOP) and work instruction(WI)
∎ Ensure everyone is working as per SOP.
∎ Train new workers on SOP.
∎ Closely monitor production activities and suggest improvement for greater productivity.
∎ Make SOP/WI for major variables that effect the process and build an audit team to monitor the variables are controlled properly (i.e.: Water test (PH/Hardness), Fabric weighting, Dyeing/Chemical weighting, program selection and following).
∎ Closely monitor daily production with planning department and find root cause that prevent to achieve target/planned production and suggest management to solve the causes based on root cause analysis.
∎ Prepare worker skill matrix and rearrange them as per work load.
∎ Train worker as per requirement.
∎ Ensure 5S is following properly to the floor.
∎ Train worker to make them Multi-skill.
∎ Must be time and goal oriented
∎ Must be think beyond the box.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good skill in computer, MS-Office and emailing.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Good language skill in English and Bangla both.
∎ Skill in AutoCAD and Minitab will added advantage.
∎ Should be innovative and creative
