∎ Working Experience with any Jacket Manufacturing unit is preferable
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill, productions know how
∎ Self-motivated and capable of team building
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill & Computer Operating Knowledge in Bengali & English
∎ Should be willing to reside close to Factory
