∎ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ B.Sc. in CSE.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications software implementation;
∎ Troubleshooting of Computers Hardware, OS & Application software;
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers and other IT Devices;
∎ Hands on experiences in Installing, Monitor & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera, NVR, PABX, Finger/ Face recognition-based attendances, Access control, Mikrotik and WIFI system Devices;
∎ Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication;
∎ Must have hands-on experience in network Cabling, Routing and Switching;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Hands on experiences in email client software and data backup recovery process;
∎ Setting up new user's accounts and profiles and dealing Data Security;
∎ Able to work in a team environment;
∎ Any other responsibility assigns by the supervisor/management.

∎ ISP, IT Enabled Service, IT Support etc.
