Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management from NSU/EW/BRAC/IUB/AIUB or any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source potential candidates through various channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and other online platforms.
∎ Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
∎ Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
∎ Assist in recruitment and selection process that include Manpower Requisition, Job Advertisement, Reference check and finalizing Employment Offer.
∎ Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online recruitment platforms.
∎ Generate various reports i.e. Joining, Resign, Turnover and prepare release NDA.
∎ Arrange different Employee Engagement Program including Birthday Celebration and as per HR activity calendar.
∎ Knowledge Club activities i.e. record attendance, prepare certificate and conduct survey.
∎ Prepared various types of letters like Office Notice, Increment letter, Promotion letter, Salary Certificate, NOC, Experience Certificate etc.
∎ Conduct Yearly Appraisal Process as per management approved policy.
∎ Coordinate with Chittagong Office, Factory and Projects.
∎ Assist Head of HR to perform daily official activities and be responsible for bringing change in every area of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
∎ Expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ A sustained high performer with proven track record.
∎ Ability to live bti Core Values and Culture.
