Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's / MBA degree in human resources

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and develop Recruitment Policy
∎ Conduct recruitment and selection process
∎ Implement HR techniques for smooth operation
∎ Ensure staffing of all departments as per Company requirements
∎ Create and design Organizational Development Strategies
∎ Handling employee grievances
∎ Maintain Performance Evaluation Process
∎ Prepare Employee Motivation Policy and Conduct Remuneration Survey
∎ Conduct HR Policies
∎ Prepare and supervise all HR related letters such as appointment letter, letter of confirmation, letter for enhancement of designation and remuneration etc.
∎ Conduct Employee orientation process
∎ Conduct performance evaluation and employee exit package
∎ Post advertisement both printed media and website
∎ Prepare HR reports, presentations, organization chart and conduct HR related analysis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ Hardworking, Self-motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
∎ Sincere, energetic and dedicated to work
∎ Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
∎ Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
