Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification from BAR Council

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in handling Honorable land owner for joint venture development of their land
∎ Well experienced in procurement of joint venture development project
∎ Must have experience in understanding of land related papers and procedures
∎ Experienced in making proposal for joint venture project
∎ Dealing with land and Real-Estate related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments, etc.
∎ Prepare a draft on Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, etc. in Bengali & English
∎ Drafting necessary letters legal notices, letters of authority, Affidavit, Petitions, Complaints, Replies and other documents
∎ Investigate in various Govt. offices as well as concerned offices for verifying land related documents
∎ Analyze all land-related documents, (C.S, S.A, R.S, City Jorip (BRS), mutation, deed, bia deed, porcha) and Prepare chain of ownership by vetting provided documents
∎ Maintaining all land-related file both in soft copy and hard copy Assist line manager in dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments, etc.
∎ To collect office-related papers from the Court and Land record office for different issues like Deeds, Maps, Porcha, Dakhila, a mutation from concern Tohsil offices/Land offices
∎ Visit locations of potential lands and crosscheck with the collected information
∎ Updating all necessary licenses, approvals, permissions from various authorities and timely submission of returns as per authority's guidance
∎ Collect prospective land information through the land owner only and ensure feasibility with the proper market survey
∎ Proper land measurement and providing actual information to the management
∎ Checking all types of land measuring documents
∎ Collect leads from anywhere independently & also from social media network after boosting
∎ Ensure receiving land information from the land owner except any types of media
∎ Any other task assigned by Management and as per company's requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Land and Legal, Land Documentation, Legal Affairs, Legal vetting, Legal Aid & Services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Agro based firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Must require dynamic negotiation skill
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skill, conflict-resolution skills
∎ knowledge MS Office
∎ The applicants must have experience in the Real Estate sector for joint venture land procurement

Salary: Negotiable
