∎ BBA/MBA with major in HR from reputed private/public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary support for Talent Acquisition procedures.
∎ Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place for all permanent staffs.
∎ Identify training and development opportunities, organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities, prepare training fund for approval.
∎ Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
∎ Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
∎ Collect manpower requisition from all departments every quarter and assist in preparing manpower requirements for head offices and projects.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Schedule and organize interviews.
∎ Conduct reference checks on selected candidates.
∎ Assist HR team for developing and implementing human resources management policies and procedures.
∎ Assist administrative department in promoting workplace safety.
∎ Initiate leave related circular by emails to all employees and ensure Govt. holidays are processed and informed accordingly.
∎ Maintain effective employee relations within the employer & the employees and suggest new initiatives to the management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest.
