Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management (HRM) from any reputed University.
∎ MBA from IBA & PGDHRM will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Factory HR Administration, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, HRBP, HRM, Strategic Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions according to Labor Law 2006 and BLR 2015.
∎ To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
∎ To help probation management process.
∎ To ensure performance management process on time.
∎ To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
∎ To help the rewards and punishment process.
∎ To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
∎ To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
∎ Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
∎ Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.
∎ Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
∎ Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
∎ Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it's disbursement.
∎ To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various sections, concerned authorities and provide support to the Management.
∎ Any other duties as instructed by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Factory experience will get preference.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015 .
∎ Pro-active, Tech Savvy, Self Motivated, Enthusiastic and Career Oriented.
∎ Strong leadership, quick decision making, policy making and managing business functions.
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills
