Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment plan based on production order according to Manpower budget plan/ replacement.
∎ Maintain & update JD, Organogram.
∎ Co-ordinate skill development training program as per training calendar along with IE & production team.
∎ Industrial relationship & monitor Grievance handling.
∎ Prepare compensation & benefit bill.
∎ Maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ Maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every month.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/management.
Salary: Negotiable
