∎ BBA/MBA in HRM
∎ Qualification in IT/ IT Backgroud candidates will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Recruitment Procedure
∎ Leave Management
∎ Final Settlement and Exit Procedure
∎ Daily Attendance Monitoring (both Factory & Head Office)
∎ Assist in Performance Management Procedure
∎ Manage Employee/worker welfare issues
∎ Have to work with various Govt. Offices like Labor Office, Fire Service, for regulatory purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Sound Knowledge in Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules-2015
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
