PGD in HRM or Compliance will gets preference.
Computer Knowledge ( MS Word & MS Excel).
Conduct job analysis and confirm job descriptions for all employees.
Use internal and external systems to advertise Job vacancies as appropriate and Evaluate resumes and application.
Evaluate resumes and application.
Contact with candidates for Interview & arrange schedule and Organize and take part in interview procedures as required.
Prepare Offer letter, Appointment letter, Office notice or various letter and handle transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related HR tasks.
Conduct appointment processing, orientation/induction, and exit interviews.
Keep employee personal files up to date as per compliance.
Handle transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related HR tasks.
To solve the compliance technical problems and to prepare corrective action plans (CAP) based on External, Internal, and First party & third-party social compliance audits and Certification such as FSC, OEKO-TEX, BSCI, ISO, GRS, SEDX,FIRE, and ENVIRONMENT, HIGG, GOTS, etc.
Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency Good knowledge and experience of Buyers` Code of Conduct and handling social & Technical Audits.
Handling multiple standards.
Environment & Health & issues and solve any dispute.
Assist in all organizing Training programs.
Occupational Health To ensure that all health & safety issues are properly maintained and kept always in compliant.
To attend/participate workers welfare committee meeting. Offer frequent hearing to the agreed workers in.
To check all data, records, reports, formats, statement, rack, files, books & register of all departments are properly prepared, issued, up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards: -Maintaining Maternity, Accident Register & Different types of register.
Different types of Grievance handling.
Any other Task assigned by Management.
