Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Business partner for Sales, Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in recruitment (Dhaka Office) through preparing JD, job opening, CV screening, candidate calling and primary interview, developing assessment materials, competency based assessment and final interview & Salary negotiation
∎ Recruitment of sales team members (Approximately 30 sales staffs per month) through job opening (internal and external sourcing), interview and placement
∎ Liaison and confer with internal stakeholders (Area Sales Managers, Department Managers, and Executives) and External stakeholders on regular basis regarding salary, leave, attendance, cash salary approval, labor related issues, new mobile activation and bill payment issue
∎ Deal with disciplinary or take corrective actions in retail outlets based on audit report, Area sales managers’ and customer complains
∎ Responsible for payroll management (Showroom and office) by providing relevant data (Leave summary and approval, cash salary approval and selection approval)
∎ Visits outlets of Dhaka and outside as per management’s requirements and inform about findings and discrepancies
∎ Day to Day admin operations (show cause letter, warning letter, office notice, holiday notice, counseling, increment negotiation, mobile bills approval)
∎ Develop, Recommend & implement Policies, procedures relevant to HR & Admin Dept and supervise the overall functions
∎ Manage payroll, compensation & benefits of the company
∎ Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously
