• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Fine Arts

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing or in a related field will get priority

Training: Having training on technical programs such as 3D Animation, Video Editing, Graphics design, Digital Media’s content making, Digital Marketing etc. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe, Premiere Pro will get priority.

Job Context:

We are looking for an EXECUTIVE (Graphics Design & Digital Marketing) to join our Marketing team under our company- Vintage Engineering Limited (GETCO Group), is a reputed trading company (Import based). In this position, candidates must have enough knowledge about graphics designing and digital marketing. Candidate must have the professional knowledge of making digital/social media various contents like Motion video, 3D animated video/wallpaper, making short video, various attractive content making for social media and various digital marketing platforms. Candidates who has 3-4 years’ professional experience and degrees or training courses on Graphics Design and Digital Marketing will get priority.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, brochures, banners, infographics, social media posts, and website layouts.

• Ensure that all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create visuals that support campaigns, product launches, and overall brand identity.

• Edit images and videos for various digital platforms, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.

• Develop creative content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.

• Collaborate with web developers and content creators to optimize the company’s website for SEO, ensuring maximum traffic and lead generation.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

• Conduct A/B tests for digital marketing campaigns, analyzing which designs or messages resonate better with the target audience.

• Work with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that integrate both creative design and data-driven decision-making.

• Understand the company’s target audience to create compelling visuals and campaigns tailored to customer needs and preferences.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.

• Responsible for up-to-date set up branding physically in different showrooms all over the Bangladesh aligned with Marketing team.
