Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fire & saftey activities according to the FSCD, BNBC & NFPA code.
∎ Ensure fire hydrant system are in active mode.
∎ Ensure fire control systems are in active mode.
∎ Ensure and cross-check daily weekly and monthly all fire equipments as per check list and make sure all fire fighting equipments are in active mode.
∎ Ensure proper storage, labeling, all equipments are in safe mode.
∎ Knowledge about identify risk factors area as per health & safety management.
∎ Having knowledge about NFPA, ACCORD & ALLIANCE Requirements.
∎ To implement Fire Management Plan as per factories demand.
∎ To conduct regular Fire drill, Evacuation drill as per law & To arrange fire training by internal & external team as per law & management requirement.
∎ Analyse & ensure well trained Fire Team,Rescue team, safety Team as per compliance standard.
∎ Monitor and evaluate fire risk factors as per standard.
∎ Conduct Internal Fire safety Audit per month.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have minimum 4/5 years of experience in similar position in garments / Textiles factory.
∎ Must have completed 06 months Managerial Training Course from Fire Service & Civil Defance.
∎ Must have experience in report writting skill in english and Bangla.
∎ Must have practical experience to face all kinds social& technical audit.
∎ Must have fluency in English (Speaking and writing)
∎ Should have physicaly& mentally fit.
∎ Should have a passion to protect fire incident / accident.
