Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To prepare of export documents for Bank, C&F, Customs and other bodies.
∎ 2. To maintain Liaison with the Bank, Shipping lines, C& F agents and others.
∎ 3. To be familiar with online booking submissions on DAMCO, APL, Expo Freight and other top-class forwarder’s websites.
∎ 4. To monitor regularly & track various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ 5. To communicate with the buyer, bank, Freight Forwarder, C&F agents & CFS personnel.
∎ 6. To monitor regular export policy, Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issue.
∎ 7. To ensure the handing over of relevant documents to Operations for the transportation of goods and materials to and from ports.
∎ 8. Should have required skills & expertise to handle shipping & logistics
∎ 9. Coordinate with international clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
∎ 10. Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
∎ 11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
∎ 12. Analyze and report on export-related expenses and budgets.
∎ 13. Implement strategies to optimize the export supply chain and reduce lead times.
