We are seeking an ambitious individual to join this team as Executive Engineer / Senior Engineer (Instrument) at Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, BIEZL, Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Job Responsibility:-
Lead the erection, commissioning, installation, calibration, and testing of instrumentation systems.
Plan, schedule, supervise, and manage instrumentation teams effectively.
Support instrumentation teams across locations by diagnosing problems during erection and determining corrective measures, including checking drawings and layouts.
Ensure compliance with provided instructions, documents, and drawings throughout project execution.
Prepare project documentation related to erection and commissioning works.
Design, implement, maintain, and improve instrumentation control systems.
Develop technical drawings and specifications for instrumentation systems.
Apply expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Siemens PLC (S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200), other PLCs, HMI, compressors, chillers, boilers, and related systems.
Ensure availability of reserves and spare parts necessary for maintenance and operation.
Assign and distribute daily tasks among team members, ensuring timely completion of assigned jobs.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments such as control valves, transmitters, gauges, and controllers.
Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of plant instruments.
Supervise SAEs, technicians, helpers, and other manpower to ensure compliance with safe work practices.
Enforce safety rules and regulations during erection, commissioning, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment.
