Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring & management of all environment, health & safety related issues over the factories along with related legal requirements.
∎ Keep preparation and face all environmental as well as chemical related internal and external audits as well as visits. Also co-operate on social audit requirements.
∎ Keep proper communication with buyers, online platforms data updates, conduct required environmental inspection & testing, and study on clients CoC. Keep up to date with the legal requirement and follow up with the legal authority.
∎ Co-operate marketing team on technical compliance requirements as well as related communications. Also join with them in related meeting at buying house.
∎ Water & wastewater plant operation according to the legal requirements along with internal lab test execution as well as external lab test requirements.
∎ Management of QA chemical requirement and implementation according to the guideline as well as maintaining proper communication with raw materials suppliers regarding compliance and certification requirement.
∎ Preparation of civil drawing and management of civil work, estimation, material purchase requisition, follow up labor work etc.
∎ Policy management and look over the chemical purchase requirements and related compliance requirement. Communication with the chemical Suppliers regarding Policy, RSL, MRSL, GOTS, Positive List , Proper Labelling, SDS & TDS Requirements etc.
∎ Conduct different technical training for employees, such as RSL & MRSL management, schedule maintenance for production and maintenance team, chemical and environmental safety training for chemicals users, wastage handlers training etc.
∎ Data update and analysis of water and energy, KPI calculation, follow up on the measurement taken for reduction on energy and water uses, yearly evaluation of the achievement and power point presentation for management.
