• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements for seasonal collections based on buyer tests and market trends.
• Translating fabric concepts into innovative and appealing garment designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Conducting research on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform your design process.
• Creating detailed sketches, technical specifications, and mood boards to communicate your design vision effectively.
• Working with the R&D team to ensure that selected fabrics are aligned with design requirements and production capabilities.
• Assisting in the selection of colors, materials, and finishes to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the garments.
• Participating in fitting sessions and providing constructive feedback to refine designs for optimal fit and style.
• Preparing presentations for buyers that highlight the seasonal collections and their unique selling points.
