Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision of online production, program making, chemical checking, sample checking, color measuring & All testing parameter monitoring.
Prepare daily production report, chemical consumption report & updating the production related books.
Follow up trial program for new article, new yarn, new lot, new supplier & new bulk production.
Counselling worker regularly to achieve maximum production and quality with minimum wastage.
Try to keep clean and organize production floor as well as ensuring safe working environment for workers.
Checking trial & bulk fabric quality (physical report, inspection report, shade & appearance of Greige, finished and washed form).
Ensuring lot wise bulk finished fabric checking by testing all parameters according to buyer manual.
Any other jobs assigned by the authority.
