Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE or Mechanical or IP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor the Health and Safety Management System and Sustainability Programs in the facility.
∎ Lead the internal safety inspection & audit and manage the regulatory inspections and audits (by Govt. agencies, global and others). Also monitor and follow up the observations status time to time
∎ Develop, communicate and implement job safety analysis (JSA), analyze the core process risks, check and validate the Hazard Identifications and Risk Assessment (HIRA), HAZCOM and SOP for various jobs
∎ Prepare yearly EHS training matrix for the employees and contractors, track the schedule and conduct safety trainings and fire drills at the facilities
∎ Monitor the occupational health issues of the employees and ensure the periodic check-up as necessary
∎ Lead accident investigation team to do the root cause analysis (RCA) and propose corrective actions
∎ Audit Permit to work (PTW), Confined Space entry and Hot Work Permit systems
∎ Prepare, share, maintain, record keeping and update Plant Health & Safety and Sustainability KPIs and performance report to Local and Global Management
∎ Plan for yearly personal protective equipment (PPE) consumption, track (physically and through system) PPE inventory regularly and ensure the availability
∎ Track yearly EHS action plan and group audit action plan for the latest update and prepare report on it on a regular basis
∎ Lead ISO, WRAP, MRSL, HIGG, ZDHC & Chemical management teams
∎ Responsible for existing ETPs, WTPs and Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) operations of 1000 KLD
∎ Lead and advise energy, water and waste management project teams for improvement opportunities
