Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare chemical management policy and procedure and execute.
∎ Ensure quality of dyes & chemicals by lab test before delivery to production.
∎ Maintain the chemical inventory both in excel & online platform like-ZDHC Gateway, Worldly, Bhive, Clean Chain, BVE3 etc.
∎ Assist to prepare category wise storage of dyes & chemicals in the warehouse with Bin Cards to ensure FIFO.
∎ Face all kind of audit: Like as Buyer audit, customs audit, H&S audit.
∎ Check all dyes & chemicals in ZDHC gateway according to buyer requirements.
∎ Good and enough knowledge on social compliance and chemical handling issues.
∎ Stock Management follow-up with System Vs Physical.
∎ Physically cross check with Documents .
∎ Supply all chemical SDS in local language for workers understanding.
∎ Train the people for health & safety related to chemical management.
∎ Hazardous & Nonhazardous / semi hazardous chemical keep separately by follow compliance.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly as per company policy such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
∎ Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Keep Communication with HR for any kind of Compliance issue.
∎ Keep arrangement proper Equipment for goods Load & unload.
∎ Monitoring the housekeeping and Safety issues of entire store area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge in handling ERP software.
∎ Supervisory & Team building Skills.
∎ Dynamic and Positive Personality.
