Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Knitted Textile Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for matching shade according to swatch or pantone.
∎ Ensure appropriate shade as per buyer requirement.
∎ Maintain correct result with data color m/c (Before unload shade).
∎ To collect production sample for sample matching nest production.
∎ Check every lot shade with approved Standard.
∎ Ensure machine wise production as per plan.
∎ Ensure appropriate recipe according to process route card.
∎ Follow-up & Ensure recipe wise program, process perimeter & water consumption.
∎ Ensure optimum quality of fabric by process follow-up.
∎ Work on increase production efficiency.
∎ Roll check Follow-up.
∎ Responsible for shift wise manpower management.
∎ Identify disputed fabrics & report to production manager for necessary action.
∎ Good knowledge on knit dyeing, dyeing machine capacity, Cotton & Polyester dyeing, single jersey, lycra jersey, terry, fleece rib dyeing.
∎ Ability to understand potential risk factors for bulk production.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on dyeing production shade matching.
