Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure & monitor Invoice and volume delivery. Follow up faster loading & unloading vehicle.
Maintain delivery route plan as per received delivery schedule as well as Modern Trade.
Ensure & monitor hired vehicle status as per received delivery schedule.
Monitor company’s vehicles & coordinate drivers, helpers, loaders for smooth delivery of products.
Prepare/Monitor Invoice for departure vehicle.
Make liaison with and managing staff and shift.
Check received Product in ERP with DC quantity when needed.
Monitor & Supervise warehouse safety, security & administration.
Communicate with RSM for loading/unloading Vehicle.
Supervise and follow up monthly duty roaster for distribution staff and inform delivery status regularly.
Prepare all kind of departmental bill.
Monitor record of attendance and supervise employment of drivers and helpers.
Perform any other jobs assigned by higher management.
