  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/Higher Secondary Certificate.

  • Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management / Lean Six Sigma Certification will be an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.In-depth knowledge of buyer quality standards.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong understanding of AQL, RFT, RQL, FTT, and quality cost management.

  • Ability to lead multiple factory QA teams under high-pressure situations.



Responsibilities & Context:

Creative Collection Limited is a reputable manufacturer and exporter of readymade garments in Bangladesh. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Executive Director – Quality Assurance to lead the QA function across multiple units and product categories. The incumbent will be responsible for driving a culture of quality excellence, ensuring compliance with international standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across all factories.

  • Lead the overall Quality Assurance strategy across all manufacturing units (Woven, Knit, Denim, Washing & Finishing).
  • Develop and implement quality systems, SOPs, and audit standards aligned with buyer requirements and international best practices.
  • Ensure in-line, end-line, and final inspection systems are properly followed to maintain product quality consistency.
  • Oversee pre-production meetings (PPM), sample approval, and risk assessment processes.
  • Supervise and guide QA, QC, Lab, and Technical teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality goods.
  • Work closely with merchandising, production, washing, and finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer standards, such as AQL, RSL, and sustainable quality frameworks.
  • Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement plans for recurring quality defects.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits, providing feedback and training to improve performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with buyers and third-party quality representatives.
  • Monitor KPI performance, quality cost, and production efficiency for management reporting.
