Experience:

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• At least 20 years of experience on Real Estate / Land Development Company.

• Must have sufficient knowledge on land purchase & land management.

• Must have effective leadership quality to lead and direct the subordinate staffs.

• Capable of solving land related issues maintaining effective liaison with various stake holders.

• Adequate qualification and knowledge on land issues to assist the management authority and suggest probable course of action / future plan.

• Retired Assistant Commissioner Land / Settlement Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional District Commissioner (Revenue) will be given preference.

• Knowledge on MS-Word, MS-Excel, Auto CAD with Bangla & English typing.

• Knowledge on land management software will be preferable

Job Description:

• Identification of suitable lands to be purchased and the implementation of the project.

• Good communication skill with the Land owners.

• Documents verification land purchase for new land.

• To be able to Maintain and develop strong relationship with Govt. offices such as civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office and other stakeholders.

• Regular update of existing land documents such as mutation, land taxation.

• Any other task as assigned by management.
