∎ As the Executive Director of Denim Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our denim products. Leading a dynamic team, you will drive brand awareness and ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a profound understanding of the denim industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning:
∎ ·        Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
∎ ·        Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' activities.
∎ Brand Development:
∎ ·        Enhance and maintain the brand's positioning in the denim market.
∎ ·        Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ ·        Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
∎ ·        Set clear goals and KPIs, and regularly evaluate team performance.
∎ Campaign Management:
∎ ·        Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential initiatives.
∎ ·        Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Partnerships and Collaborations:
∎ ·        Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
∎ ·        Collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and industry leaders to amplify the brand's presence.
∎ Budget Management:
∎ ·        Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ ·        Provide regular financial reports and forecasts related to marketing expenditures.
∎ Cross-functional Collaboration:
∎ ·        Work closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and finance to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
