Job Context:
∎ Texmart Trading Company in a leading fashion brand retailer with several leading fashion brands such as Texmart, Occult and Rave footwear under its ownership. We have been in the fashion retail business for the last 20 years in Bangladesh and currently building strong online and digital presence for the fast-developing e-commerce market with our social media platforms and our ecommerce sites “texmartonline.com” and “ravebd.com”
∎ We are looking for energetic, creative and hardworking individual that will work as part of our online and marketing team.
∎ We are looking individual residing in and near Uttara area.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuously research and seek new knowledge with the aim of enhancing our digital content quality and overall digital marketing.
∎ Create high quality content for product descriptions, social media platforms and our ecommerce website.
∎ Analyze customer demand and sales data and ensure the website is offering those.
∎ Ensure repeat purchase in the website by providing the best customer service.
∎ Ensure top customer satisfaction and ensure low order cancellation.
∎ Regularly update and input new styles into the e-commerce website along with right information.
∎ Regularly update & input post on social media (Facebook), reply customer message & comments.
∎ Must full fill all sales order placed in the website, Facebook and arrange for delivery from warehouse to customer by efficient management of courier services.
∎ Should have good communication skill at Bangla & English both verbal & written.
∎ Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
∎ Communicate with customers with informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
∎ Will have to manage social media content for social media.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and out bond calls in a timely manner.
∎ No absenteeism without any notice & late allowed.
∎ The candidate must have good proficiency in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 to 03 years experience in similar or related responsibility
∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer
∎ Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines
∎ Generates new ideas& able to work on own initiative
∎ Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
∎ Should having knowledge in English & Bengali typing

Salary: Negotiable
