∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Garments, Textile
∎ Sound Knowledge of BLA-2006 & BLR-2015 and EPZ law 2019 & EPZ rules 2022 with Latest Amendments,
∎ Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
∎ Good language proficiency in English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Garments, Textile
∎ Sound Knowledge of BLA-2006 & BLR-2015 and EPZ law 2019 & EPZ rules 2022 with Latest Amendments,
∎ Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
∎ Good language proficiency in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & required legal standards.
∎ Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting an internal audit.
∎ Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy working place and maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Provide compliance training to the concerned staff and workers.
∎ Prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.
∎ Attempt to achieve continuous improvement and follow the best practices.
∎ Ensure no Child labor, Discrimination-free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc., at the time of worker recruitment & payment.
∎ Ensuring workplace housekeeping neat and clean.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management/Senior from time to time.
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive- Compliance" for the Weixing Industrial (Bangladesh) Co., Ltd. located at Cumilla EPZ, Cumilla the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results
