∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science
∎ PGD in Social Compliance from BIM will be an added advantage;
∎ PGD in Social Compliance from BIM will be an added advantage;

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments Adaptable & Floor Compliance maintain experiences;
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law-2006 & Rules 2015 and it’s all amendments 2018 & 2022 and it’s implications in day to day compliance operations in Garments Industry;
∎ Candidate should have pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently;
∎ Candidate Should have very good command in English.
∎ Candidate Should have Sound knowledge in General HR & Compliance Should have sound knowledge in Accord standard.
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Candidate Should have excellent people management skills. Sound Knowledge on Computer
∎ Candidate Job location will be South East Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd. - Expansion at Gorai, Mirzapur, Tangail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To implement of Local Labour Law & Buyer's code of conduct.
∎ To ensure proper house keeping by keeping himself on visiting two times in every floors and necessary direction to achieve the departmental goal.
∎ To conduct all training issues are done timely for newly joined workers.
∎ Advise and guide the management and other managers of the factory organizational, employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling issues.
∎ To ensure Health & Safety environment in the factory.
∎ Arranging health & safety workshop, seminar by Health & Safety committee in every three month for awareness of the workers.
∎ To visit floor daily & identify compliance issue & Make a report for submitting and taking action (if needed) to Compliance Manager at the end of the day.
∎ To Monitor Implementation of workers employment standard.
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations on behavior of workers/ line supervisors.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support and any other tasks as assigned by superior.
∎ Died worker benefit disbarment and all related work.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
