Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, Civil and Environment Engineering

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ EMS activities follow up, data collection and store them for EMS and environmental compliance.
∎ Keep up to date data on local regulation and buyers COCs related to Environment.
∎ Represent discussion with top management as well as with other responsible on the new requirements as well as renovation of existing one.
∎ Follow up audit and provide self assessment data on respective web portal & prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) on environment, energy, air emission, wastage and water management.
∎ Training & manage internal audit and co-ordinate with other EMS, WMS, Water as well as Energy audit.
∎ Execution of field works and respective departmental performance data related to EMS "CAP".
∎ Planning and execution of environmental performance improvement target, follow up and measure on the achievement data / record as well as communicate them to the utility responsible and management regularly.
∎ CMS activities follow up, data collection and store for compliance requirements on chemical management, development on health-safety, communicate with the supplier corresponding with Supply Chain Management team on new requirements and updates, arrange the data required for local govt and buyers COCs.
∎ Represent discussion on scheduled meetings with management, employee training regarding SCM, chemical users as well as with other responsible periodically.
∎ Manage and follow up store records for facing any CMS related audit with other members as well as required communication.
∎ Execution of field works, safety requirements, risk analysis and communicate with the employees, maintaining chemical accidental register and analysis, internal audits and CAP management.
∎ Report data on CMS works development regularly as well as prepare and discuss with the management.
∎ Follow up the wastewater testing Lab, chemical storage, usage and QA chemical requirements.
