Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with teachers to promote company products and initiatives.
∎ Address teacher queries, gather feedback, and share relevant updates on publications and events.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for field sales teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
∎ Handle sales force queries regarding daily expense bills, reporting, and accountability.
∎ Provide regular updates on sales targets, area strategies, and performance tracking.
∎ Prepare and manage tracking reports for sales activities, teacher interactions, and overall communication performance.
∎ Collaborate with the MIS team to maintain accurate data records and dashboards for operational insights.
∎ Ensure all communications align with the company’s policies, values, and marketing strategies.·
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM/ERP tools.
∎ Knowledge of IT systems and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
∎ Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
∎ Prior experience in communication, administration, or coordination roles is preferred.
